Hello, I’m Sarah, and I specialize in the art of falling in love with yourself.

I’m here to help you free yourself from self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and old wounds so you can finally see yourself through loving eyes and live a life of ease and fulfillment.

For most of my life, I struggled with deep insecurity, anxiety, perfectionism, and people pleasing. I lived according to others’ expectations instead of my inner truth. Through my own holistic healing journey, I’ve fallen in love with who I am, reclaimed my power as my own healer, and created a life that most people would say is too good to be true. Now, my purpose and passion is supporting others in doing the same.

As a licensed psychotherapist, a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist, and someone deeply committed to my own inner work, I offer a holistic approach that is grounded yet expansive, gentle yet direct, authentic, and deeply empowering.

  • Holistic therapy is a whole-person approach to healing that supports your mind, body, and spirit. It goes deeper than traditional talk therapy by addressing the root of your challenges, so you can actually let them go rather than simply manage symptoms. My approach weaves together somatic therapy, IFS, and grounded spiritual connection to support you in releasing old patterns, healing your nervous system, reconnecting with your intuition, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

    Many people who feel stuck in traditional therapy experience major transformation through this approach.

  • I currently work with clients who are California residents and offer ongoing sessions virtually. For clients in Sonoma County, the Bay Area, or Los Angeles, I occasionally offer in-person sessions, though these are limited and not available for ongoing weekly appointments.

  • 50-minute sessions: $225

    90-minute sessions: $333

    I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on need and availability, which we can discuss during our consult call.

  • I’m not accepting new insurance clients at this time, but I’m happy to provide super bills, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your coverage, you can call the number on your insurance card and ask whether your plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits and what percentage they reimburse.

  • Absolutely. I used to be extremely skeptical myself, which helps me support clients who want a grounded path into deeper self-understanding. You never have to believe in anything that doesn’t feel true to you. We focus on your inner experience, your intuition, and what your unique truth is, not external spiritual concepts. Many clients find that a sense of connection naturally emerges when the body feels safe and the mind softens, but there’s no pressure or agenda.

    Also, to me, spiritual connection simply means feeling more deeply connected—to yourself, to your intuition, to your values, and to something bigger than yourself that brings meaning to your life. That may be nature, creativity, the body, ancestors, energy, or something you can’t name yet.

  • Yes. Using a trauma-informed approach, I offer preparation sessions to help you enter a retreat or ceremony feeling grounded, clear, and emotionally supported. We’ll explore your intentions, work through any fears or uncertainties, and help your nervous system feel safe enough to surrender into the experience. This allows you to get the most healing and insight from your journey.

    I also offer integration sessions afterward to help you make sense of what you experienced and translate your insights into meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

  • Many of my clients come to me after feeling like therapy “didn’t work” in the past—and I deeply understand that experience, because I felt the same way for many years. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you; it usually just means the approach wasn’t the right fit. Traditional talk therapy can only go so far when the deeper layers of the body, nervous system, and subconscious patterns aren’t being addressed.

    There’s only so much healing that can happen through the mind alone. When we bring the body into the process, we access deeper layers of trauma—including patterns and experiences we may not consciously remember—that are stored in the nervous system. When the body feels safe and all parts of you are included in the work, real change becomes possible. Many people who felt stuck in previous therapy experience major transformation through this approach.
